JOINT PUBLIC HEARING
OF THE PLANNING BOARD AND CITY COUNCIL
May 31, 2011

Notice is hereby given that the Planning Board of the City of Salem will conduct a Joint Public Hearing with the City Council on Tuesday, May 31, 2011 at 7:00 P.M., in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 93 Washington Street, Salem, MA, in accordance with Chapter 40A, Section 5, of the Massachusetts General Laws for the purpose of amending the City of Salem Zoning Ordinance by rezoning the property located at 111 Highland Avenue (Assessor Map 14, Lot 199) from R-1 Residential One Family to B-4 Wholesale & Automotive Zoning District.
The complete text and map of the proposed amendment to the Zoning Ordinance are on file at the office of the Department of Planning & Community Development, City Hall Annex, 120 Washington Street, Salem, Massachusetts, and are available for inspection during regular business hours.
